Gynaecology

Research has shown that 3.5 million women in the UK suffer from pelvic floor problems in their lifetime and a study of 1,900 women by Netmums, shows that a third of these women developed urinary incontinence whilst pregnant with three quarters too embarrassed to seek help.

This embarrassment can lead to women making do, by avoiding activities such as exercise. This does not need to be the case. Pelvic health physiotherapy has been shown to be an extremely successful, clinically proven, way to treat these problems.

Conditions I treat

  • Overactive bladder

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Pelvic pain

  • Endometriosis

  • Menopausal symotoms

  • Pain or discomfort during sexual intercourse

  • Faecal Incontinence
