About me

After various issues with my first pregnancy, I developed a career-changing interest in the field of pelvic health physiotherapy, establishing a specialist clinic at London Bridge Hospital before setting up an independent clinic.

I treat women of all ages with all women’s health-related conditions. I have two particular specialisms - one as a perinatal specialist, supporting women during their pregnancies and postpartum, the other, treating and supporting female athletes with pelvic health-related concerns. I am the pelvic health physiotherapist for many of the Women’s Football Super League clubs, including, Chelsea Women’s Football Club, Arsenal Women’s Football Club, Manchester City Women’s Football Club, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace. Alongside this I work and consult for the Netball Player’s Association, consulting within the Netball Super League.

Besides, a passion for working clinically, I am a Female Health consultant for FIFA, working on many pelvic health research projects and supporting the development of FIFA Female Health Education. I co-founded The Athletic Female, an online education program for anyone working with female athletes and I am a current expert for the FIFA female health project

As a passionate runner, I co-authored the UK’s first Return to Running Postnatal Guidelines, alongside further scientific publications and, have authored my very own book focussing on protecting, healing and nurturing the body through motherhood, published by Ebury.

Outside of work, I have a young, active family and set up and lead the successful Oxted Ladies Run Club, a friendly, sociable club for runners, joggers, power and endurance walkers!
