Elizabeth offers incredible bespoke packages to women. Her services empower women to prepare for and adapt to the world of motherhood. In her own words, when Elizabeth had her children she ‘remembers wishing that there was a service that could help ‘me’ with everything – a gentle return to fitness; nutrition and rest strategies; mindset; information and practicalities – all under one umbrella. There was not. So, in December 2016, after 12 years as a barrister, I left my full-time job to set up The Mummy Coach, so that other mums can have exactly the kind of support I wish I had had.’
